Under this solution area, we cover two different types of activities. First, we help our stake holders to create formal business plans. We participate in every step of the way from research, to strategy to the actual write- up of the plan.
The second type of service, which is more uncommon, is we actually build simulation models to simulate how the new business might perform under different conditions using powerful techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation methods |
